AFEC were involved in assisting the client from project inception and assisted the client in strategic project planning and exploration of an ideal located for the corporate positioning. AFEC were engaged to provide a fast tracked programme and ensure all local approvals were gained for the proposed location. AFEC were able to demonstrate the efficiency of our single point responsibility on this project which was delivered on time based on our proposed schedule and under budget. A disused warehouse was selected for refurbishment following an intensive feasibility & due diligence to provide the first Bioware / Electronic Arts Customer contract centre in Ireland. The centre has functions such as fraud, compliance & leisure areas amongst others to align with the corporate strategy of the business. AFEC were selected by the client in a competitive proposal bid due to our all engaging approach and understanding and input with respect to the clients brief.
