The Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) is a critical role in construction projects, responsible for coordinating and managing health and safety during the design phase. The main objective of the PSDP is to ensure that potential hazards and risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated from the outset, promoting a safe working environment for all project stakeholders.
