AFEC Fire Engineering are seeking a Clerk of Works with 10+ years ecperience to join our rapidly expanding Fire Engineering, Architecture and Construction firm based in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have more than ten years experience of site based projects of various scale
Duties:
- Ensure all works on site are carried out in full compliance with required standards including Health & Safety.
- Regularly check completed works and works in progress and compare it with project plans
- Measure and sample building materials to check their quality
- Attend progress meetings and ensure all reported issues are properly dealt with in a timely manner.
- Regularly attend site inspections, snagging and handovers of work delivered.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as a, Foreman, Site engineer, Clerk of works or Site Manager, ideally with Client and Contractor.
- Hold relevant qualifications, Health and Safety and Fire specific qualifications are a distinct advantage
Salary
